Smartsheet Integration Enancement

Enhancing the Smartsheet integration to overcome the Smartsheet limitation of allowing different role allocation percentages on a task. This enhancement will allow the creation of duplicate task rows in Smartsheet, that will house different role allocation percentages for that task, without creating duplicate tasks in the EPSA project.
