Smartsheet API Changes

Dear Enterprise PSA User,

Smartsheet is discontinuing a set of APIs June 3rd, 2026, that will impact the EPSA integration.

We have updated our Smartsheet integration to ensure there is minimal impact to your workflows. This change will go into affect in our mid-May 1H release. More information to come in the future.

Important steps to take to minimize any disruptions ahead of the release:

• Ensure that all EPSA templates, are located within an accessible "Workspace" in Smartsheet

  • Templates, that are designated as the default for an EPSA engagement type, will fail to create if not moved to an accessible Smartsheet "Workspace"

  • Templates will not show in the EPSA Project or Engagement default setting dropdowns, if not moved to a Smartsheet "Workspace"
