March 2023 Release Notes

The first Projector by BigTime release of the year is scheduled for March 11 and we're excited to share some of the highlights here:

Improved security for enabling and disabling administrative access

Projector Administrators now have more secure control over access to Projector. Through a new configuration, you can easily and quickly enable and disable access to Projector web, Mobile, Management Portal, and/or Web Services & Integrations on one screen.

Web services now available for more efficient skills management

Customers can now build an integration between Projector and their HR solution to programmatically manage skills in Projector. See this help document and look for the "PwsSkill ..." and PwsSkillGroup ..." services in our API Documentation to get started.

New Role History report delivers scheduling history

This new report will provide a detailed history by role for a given project or group of projects. As project complexity increases, understanding the requested and booked resources, requested and booked hours and the interactions between PMs and Schedulers becomes important to improving key metrics like time to staff and resource request accuracy.

Help for resolving time off conflicts

For those who approve time off requests, we've provided additional context for any conflicts in the resource's schedule during the requested period.
